SACC LEGAL ASSIST PLANS
Legal Assist plans vary from price and services rendered and how you or your business will benefit from this, below is a clear indication of how it works and will help you decide which plan is best suited for you.
PERSONAL COVER – BASIC PLAN A
R165.00 PM gives you limited telephonic coverage in emergencies on what to do and what to say in any event. Should we then be acting on your behalf for any given matter it will be calculated on attorney client costs; meaning you will be charged an additional fee until such time as your matter is resolved.
PERSONAL FULL COVER PLAN B
R275.00 PM gives you full cover up to the amount of R65000.00 PER YEAR for the appointment of one of our own in-house attorneys to assist you in your matter with the exception and excluding a Magistrate Court appearance fees should your matter need to go to court, or High Court and an advocate need to be appointed.
BUSINESS COVER BASIC PLAN C
R349.00 PM gives you the same cover as personal basic plan with the exception to free full consultations in person pertaining to your needs and advice on how to proceed with your matters.
BUSINESS FULL COVER PLAN D
R1125.00 PM gives you full cover up to the amount of R150000.00 PER YEAR for the appointment of one of our own in-house attorneys to assist you in your matter in a Magistrate Court and excluding court fees should your matter need to go to High Court, or an advocate need to be appointed.
